Returns 

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return please contact us at support@bohobeans.com 

If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you are expected to pay for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, is faulty or you receive the incorrect item.

 

A return cannot be processed until we receive the item, if the item gets lost in transit back to us you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for advice on next steps. Please choose a shipping method that ensures delivery to our address as we are unable to collect parcels from pick up points or depots etc.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or you receive the incorrect item please make sure to reach out right away so we can look into this & process a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

If your item arrives damaged we may ask you to provide photos of the damage before we can process any refund or replacement product. 

Exceptions/non returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bohobeans.com
